The staff were accommodating and helpful, providing excellent advice and assistance with navigating the subway system. The weight room and laundry room were also great amenities.
The location of the hotel was less than desirable, with noise from a nearby red light district making it difficult to sleep. The payment process was also a bit tedious and could be improved for a faster and more efficient experience.

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. Its location on the JR train line made it super convenient to explore all the main areas of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and all necessary amenities provided. The service from the friendly and helpful staff was exceptional. We loved starting our day with the delicious buffet breakfast. The hotel had a trendy and modern decor, with a cozy lounging area where we could relax and hang out. a fantastic experience.
The gym was a bit small, but that was a minor issue compared to all the positives.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with bars and restaurants close by and a subway station just a short walk away. This made it so easy to get straight to all the main areas I wanted to visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. In fact, they even offered me a welcome drink! The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to ensure I was always comfortable. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, as well as the flat-screen TV for some relaxation time. The housekeeping was impeccable, keeping my room clean and tidy throughout my stay. this place provided excellent service and enhanced comfort.
